My experience in childcare started February 2011 when i was employed by my present employer to work with her then 2 year old son who is now 15. It has it challenges but teaching and being part of the care of children with special needs has been so rewarding, there is no better feeling than seeing the student achive because i have ways to teach and also encourage in ways that makes sence to him. I know that the skills that i have helped him to developed will support his journey to future independence its the best part of my job. I am also very creative i love making and transforming things into unique pieces.
