ALL children MUST be treated with love, care and respect

Employee is PROHIBITED to hit or shout at any child/children in their care

Employee MUST behave in a professional manner at all times

​

Employees are PROHIBITED to sleep while on the job unless they are on  overnight duties and the child/children is already asleep

​

Employees are PROHIBITED to ask for gifts or borrow money from clients

​

Employees MUST show respect to ALL clients of “ Babysitters On Call’’

​

Employees should NOT borrow or steal any items from client’s residence

​

Employees should NOT consume client’s food and beverage without permission

 

When given permission please exercise good judgment

​

Employees should NOT search or wear client’s belongings such as clothing, shoes or jewelry etc.

​

Employees  are NOT allowed to entertain visitors  on employer’s premises.

​

Constant usage of your mobile phone is PROHIBITED while on the job.

​

Caregivers are PROHIBITED to take photos of children they are caring  for

​

Employee should be willing to follow ALL INSTRUCTIONS that is giving by employer

​

Caregiver should at NO TIME LEAVE CHILD / CHILDREN UNATTENDED, especially small children

​

Failure to observer and exercise these rules as listed in the “Code of Conduct” will result in immediate termination of contract agreement with “Babysitters On Call”
